Protocol of Cooperation Signed between the National Theatres of Serbia and Romania

The General Manager of the National Theatre in Belgrade, Svetislav Goncić, and the Artistic Advisor of the Bucharest National Opera, Ovidiu Miculescu, signed the Protocol of Joint Cooperation on February 27 in Belgrade.
"The protocol includes the exchange of opera soloists, choreographers and other artists", Svetislav Goncić specified and emphasized that he was looking forward to future cooperation with such a renowned theatre.
Mr. Miculescu pointed out that the management of the Bucharest National Opera was also looking forward to future cooperation stressing that the Protocol will additionally "strengthen the cultural connection between the two representative cultural institutions of our countries".
He added he was very pleased that the Opera of the National Theatre in Belgrade "will be part of the upcoming Opera Festival in Bucharest".
The signing of the Protocol was attended by the General Music Director of the Bucharest National Opera, Ethan Schmeisser, the Artistic Adviser of the Bucharest National Opera, Oltea Șerban-Pârâu, and the Artistic Director of the Opera of the National Theatre in Belgrade, Nikola Mijailović.
